Return Process

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging with all tags and manuals included.

  Ship or Drop-off

  Drop off your package at an authorized courier point or bring it directly to any Decathlon retail location.

  Receive Refund

  Once inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
